TKI was responsible for the creation of Shisu FM, a high-quality concept serving Japanese and Asian dishes on the go.

FM stands for Fresh Market, which means the menu changed on q daily basis, dictated by the freshest ingredients available on the day.

The day's menu consists mostly of sushi, maki rolls, hand rolls, sashimi, Asiatic soups and noodles as well as some curries.

TKI was responsible for Conceptualization, Branding, Menu Creation, Interior Design, Technical Kitchen Design, Design Implementation Supervision, Pre-Opening Management and Operations.
