TKI was appointed as supporting Consultants to assist in the development of the Food & Beverage portfolio for an Abu Dhabi based hospitality management company creating and operating multiple F&B concepts.
TKI’s preliminary task was to audit their operating establishment, which included the observation and documentation of current practices of the operations, while recommending improvements and or changes to achieve standardization and to meet best International industry practices. The internal audit was grouped into the following categories:
- Concept
- Operations
- Branding
- High level financial performance
The 360 Brand Audit included evaluating the Brand story and positioning, Brand Communication, Customer Profile, Signage, Marketing Objectives (Mission, Vision, Values) and the identity package.
TKI’s secondary task was to design the central production facility that will support the existing restaurant, serve as the base for a meal-plan concept delivering to Abu Dhabi and Dubai, provide catering services and produce baked goods for the restaurants and retail purposes.
TKI’s third task was to manage the Pre-Opening stages of both the central kitchen and their up-and-coming Restaurant in Dubai, supporting the Client with regards to Branding, Recruitment and all other 3rd parties liaisons.
Alongside the Pre-Opening duties, TKI was responsible for designing the kitchen, bakery and specialty coffee preparation areas for the up-and-coming restaurant.
