TKI was appointed to create unique Food & Beverage concepts for the Al Messila Resort & Spa (opening 2019).

TKI’s aim was to build a reputable hotel F&B mix, establishing the hotel as one of Doha's up-and-coming culinary hotspots. TKI created the following F&B concepts:

  • Lebanese mountain cuisine
  • Asian
  • Chinese
  • Punjabi
  • Indian
  • All day dining restaurant
  • Children's café
  • Austro-Hungarian Imperial
  • Culinary school
  • Greek seafood
  • Molecular spa

Upon finalizing the culinary concepts, TKI was additionally appointed for the Technical Kitchen Design of the hotel’s central kitchen and satellite kitchens.
