From Surrey, England, Max joined Thomas Klein International in May 2019 as a Foodservice Consultant. With a strong background in the hospitality, Max studied at Westminster Kingsway college in London, obtaining his professional chef diploma.

To gain experience within the hospitality industry, he worked alongside some of the world’s most talented chefs in the UK, France and UAE, including renowned 3 Michelin star chef Yannick Alleno at Le Hotel Meurice, Paris. Before joining the Thomas Klein team, Max served as Head Chef at a Mediterranean café.

With his passion for food and design, he is a key asset to the team, providing a culinary and operational insight to his role as Foodservice Consultant where he strategically designs operationally efficient kitchens.
