TKI was responsible for A-Z from conceptualization to implementation for this home-grown concept, Burger Rebel, a culinary rebellion against the conventional, reinventing the common burger, slider and hot dog by giving them a 21st-century makeover with a rock 'n' roll' edge.
Burger Rebel is passionate about food and innovation, hence the TKI team has created a new approach to popular food, pairing quality with a daring use of uncommon ingredients.
During the interior design phase and construction, TKI was committed to repurposing, recycling and reducing waste within the operation in order to diminish the negative impact we have on our environment. Re-purposing is a core tenet and all around the restaurant reclaimed materials will be found, that were freshened up and were given a new life.Two walls within the outlet have been covered in graffiti as part of the restaurants theme.
TKI’s scope included: Branding, Menu Creation, Interior Design, Technical Kitchen Design, Design Implementation Supervision, Pre-Opening Management and Operations.
